Abstract
Oral malignancy in pregnancy is a rare combination, not usually suspected by the attending clinician. This may result in delay in the diagnosis and provision of treatment thereby compromising the outcome. We report a case of adenocarcinoma in the maxilla presenting at full term of pregnancy, in a 28 year old woman.
